I'm confused, I put on very tidy and lay in very tidy, and after first trowel it looks nearly done ...

Your right it's very different . . . I can trowel up without water anyway :RpS_biggrin:

please dont take this the wrong way John, I mean no disrespect to you or your standard of work .....but I have worked with many, many plasterers of the years some very old school traditionalists trained by the old guard and a lot of the the new team 100m a day pricework glory workers. I have never met anyone that can finish a wall in two passes to a high standard. A friend of mine runs a decorating firm which was established 2 generations ago and now employs 50+ decorators. He told me that in all his time he has never encountered a "perfect wall" there will always be something

Bloody turncoat !!! :RpS_lol:

shut it nobhead..x
on a serious note ( so thats you fuked greg .lol ) what i like about the s/f, is you can flatten the wall/ceiling down straight after 2nd coating, so its under control.... but to be fair, you can do that nearly as good with the premium, you just have to leave it a bit longer....

no offence taken ... I think it got a lot do with how people put on, I've seen other plasterers second coating and thought what a mess, my first coat is neater than that, I've even seen them give a trowel and my first coat of skim was still neater. I believe if you lay in neat as it's as good what you would call a first pass, if that makes sense?

I do have agree with Marshy about the service you get from Ryan.Take that which way you like guys :RpS_lol:. I have bought a few things from piss and the last time i called to spend some money. Ryan and myself discussed it and he told me not to waste my money. I was quite shocked he didnt want to sell me £150 worth of gear. I am now thinking it may have been reverse psychology. As i have thought about it some more and am having an order of some new shinny things . Least this way i can have another handle for the super flex to try out for nowt :RpS_thumbup:

level of service

Plasterers 1 stop shop :RpS_thumbsup:

Rafina :RpS_thumbdn:
