Or right God , Gibbo started the thread not me , seriously it's plasterers forum, why we not allowed to talk about plaster ? Tbh I think your wrong I can smash out a ceiling in an hour would be great salt or vinegar, I don't care tbh,

I'm always sensible its others who are silly, apart from my sarcasm and piss taking more commonly known as banter :) @Vincey I don't want to hijack your thread and you wanted to stay on topic, so let's get the ball rolling, give us some ways we can slow down and speed up a wall we are skimming, then we can all add to it then I won't be called a c**t xx

Lol don't make out we speak on the out hahahahaha stop being a little prick and playing the bully card or having a dig at me. We are talking plastering you boring c**t save the sympathy for someone else. Explain all licky licky bum? I know what your problem is and jealousy is a very bad trait to have, don't turn this thread into another one of your queeny fits, or I will ban you and you can take it up with the gaffer.

It's not my thread flynny...
I was referring to the fact you always bring some s**t to the table, like some f**k**g email or job or failure, you're sometimes giving the impression that you're like a puppy dog who's chewing the very same bone. I'm not here to stand up for Vince i haven't a clue what's your beef with him or vica versa, if you have something against him f**k**g pm him then to clear up the air. Get it off your chest

Yeah, no problem mate. We share on here unlike some people that only do arguments!
It all started last year when I tried..... home made soap. That's right, home made soap cos that's the only thing I use . Hate them slippery gels where you feel " moisturised " after use and with the modern soaps you get very dry skin after that. Sometimes my skin flakes after use, so I desided to try the homemade soap made of ingredients you can actually eat. I was looking many times at the soaps sold in the shops and 90% of the ingredients I have never heard of . So off you go , melting all oils and aromas and the ingredient that actually turns everything into soap- sodium hidroxide, known also as soda caustic . Once mixed with H2O it produces very distinctive smell , very strong at the beginning when the t' is about 80-90 degrees, but very known after that. Only by stirring the two ingredients together you can feel your skin burning and itching. Very known symptoms when you work with plaster. So I have tried mixing some with the multi and the reaction was rapid as hell. The mix did set in the bucket before I had chance to try it. I thought before that the air sets the plaster and therefore in gorila tub sets quicker than in the refina tubs , but no, it's the temperature that sets the plaster and using refinas tubs you mixe it quicker and less temperature increase .
I have no doubt it will be a winner when patching or you have to fill some chases , but for what I needed it , it wasn't ready. Needs more experiments and the right dosage. My professor found the antidote for sodium hidroxide and said will tell me when he is back;)

Lol your reading too much into what I said and I can see why Coz the lengths you've been to. I was talking more about treating the background different and mixing different and all the other tricks that have been discussed on here.

I didn't say it was your thread did I? What job failure did I bring to the table Coz I don't remember that either, the email reference was aimed @Vincey Coz he made out I had sent an email but made it up and I called him on it. This is my beef with him and his last post confirms it, he has constantly tried to make out I hate BG, he has constantly said I've got a problem with uni and any other plaster they produce. His little jokes and snide comments regarding me working for Knauf I found funny until he made up a story about an email I had sent them, if it was a silly joke that's fine Coz he doesn't have much wit, I called him out on it and that's what your referring to, but he still hasn't explained himself. He is well aware I've worked with BG and involved them in magnetic jobs I've done and also the book, it's not a secret it's all over Twitter what I do. His last comments regarding me acting all tough on here then being licky licky I'm pretty sure is based around me doing stuff with them which makes him look jealous and petty. He forgets I'm also a member and have been a lot longer than him so I have the right to post and comment on any post, I certainly don't lock the thread stopping anyone else from having a say or altering posts like a previous moderator.

Ok does anyone else believe peeps who don't directly wash the potato masher off be dangled over a hot fire by the dangly bits.
