Yes on small jobs never seen the new render done . I one man band and dog ,but dog 6 foot under in garden

Yep! All the time. But I’m an Old fashioned mad Cockney spread. Lol

Yes sangate Plastering sand with some water proofer . (Only a little bit ) it’s like using multi finish.

All the time! Internal and external work, modern machine renders haven't taken on here yet, developer's and one off new builds still prefer sand/cement/lime finish coats mostly sponge or nap.
