What do you guys pay (or expect to pay)for a standard semi detached gable only.
This year I've been using a couple of firms and there prices have been all over the place from £250 up to £500.
Seems to depend on how busy they are as to what they charge,making it tough for me to quote accurately.

£500 seems the starting point around here for scaffold. If you can get for less then great.

Around 20 linear metre,
Best thing i did was buy a load of quickform scaffold that we use on domestic jobs. I give 1200 quid a few years ago for a load and I must of used it 50 times since, and it's still worth around£1200.

Same here , I bought a quick form and was best money I spent. Anything more tricky my mates a tiler that can scaffold [emoji39]

bought two aluminium towers about ten years ago and added to it with more bits and pieces from gumtree and the like, does the job for inside and out side jobs,

Or you can save the £20 a metre for yourself
& just use a batten & the lad lool

I’ve got enough scaffolding to do a pine end on a dormer, moving it about is the bother.
Bolloks to pumping 21footers up alone too!
