Sealant for silicone render over external wall insulation

Hi - hoping someone may be able to help please with advice - I’ve seen a few threads related to sealants for silicone / krend which have suggested products such as stormdry which sounded potentially a decent choice . I’ve contacted them and they say it wouldn’t be suitable for use in my scenario though as my render is a thin screed applied atop a mesh over 100mm external wall insulation . This was done about 10 years ago and I’ve just had it cleaned and am now looking to seal it - any folks used stordry in an insulated situation or have other recommendations ? It seemed better than others as I believe it only needs one coat?
I think the original render is a parex product in case it makes any difference.

Thanks

First up

You need to know what render you've got.

Get some pics up
Thanks - it was described as parex sand fine on the picture of the canister I’ve got from 1 years ago - some pictures attached from before it was cleaned .. it’s now cleaned up pretty much like new (we had some fire / smoke damage to it unfortunately) and I’m keen to now protect it with a coating to prevent mould etc. it’s applied over 100mm black polystyrene style external wall insulation.

In that case,

Parex paraguard - garden sprayer, one good saturation. Or what I do is 2 quick sprays, by the time you get to the end of a section drop back and hit again. Wet on wet application.

Lasts years.

Thanks for the help - appreciate the advice

If it's definitely a silicone system, you'd probably be better off painting in a high silicone paint though to be honest.

I've only ever used paraguard over mono and semi porous finishes.

Paraguard is góod and works well, but I've personally not put it over silicone or acrylic. I know some people have done.
