Wonder if it’s the marshalltown adjustableSeen lads on videos using what looks like a small black plastic putty knife or scraper to get sharp as fuuck intervals, have any of you lads got any idea where they get them from?
They look a good tool but what I’ve seen these lads using looks like a putty knife except it’s a black plastic with holes in the handle, shite description I know but the internals look very very sharp and clean from using themWonder if it’s the marshalltown adjustable

My sharpest looking have been oppositesThe sharpest internals are when you do opposites. Absolutely no question. I've had no end of comments about it over the years.
That's how I was taught when I was an apprentice to plaster the opposites,I do it every now and again but as I got older and quicker and can put more gear on I started using the twitcher but I agree the best internals are when doing opposite wallsThe sharpest internals are when you do opposites. They’re good for the angle on a double barrelled ceiling. I’ve not used them for internals myself, just thought that might have been what the op was referring tootheir intended use is for splayed angles and forming a radius but, I think they are more of a jointing tool really
Not that no but cheers mate I think I’ll just stick to Twitching early on and then trowelling out which gets them looking sharp aswell or try the twitching once near setThey’re good for the angle on a double barrelled ceiling.
