Hi all
I have bonded and devil trowelled 2 repairs on seperate walls (both repairs bout 1.5m) and finished 6pm so didnt have time to skim over that day.
48 hrs now passed and am skimming over today.
Will the bonding coat still have enough moisture in it to just wet and skim or should i pva 3.1, allow to dry and reapply till tacky? Dont want to waste a couple hrs waiting for pva if not needed.

bonding can be a cuunt for blisters when its been wet down......flatten it twice before 2nd coating.. 1st to flatten it wait 10 mins then run trowel over again to take out blisters.
no effort in finishing then.(y)

As above.
You need to give the walls a drink but let the moisture suck a little in so theres no surface water.
