Tahini is sesame paste and gives really nice and nutty flavour. The peanut butter is more like binding agent here. You get nutty flavour from the tahini. Parchment paper is baking paper. Both available in your supermarket.

Do you mean grease proof paper? I’ll have a look st that tahini, I put a bag of mixed fruit and nut in mine though

And don’t ask me for the recipe! I just mix everything till I think is right. Works every time.

Yes, that’s the one. There are some raisins in the granola and I chop some almonds in it. Both from lidl .

And a small tip - mix all wet ingredients before adding to the dry.
