I am currently in training for Trailwalker at the end of July. 100km (62miles) walk from Petersfireld to Brighton pretty much following the south downs way. Start at 7am on the Saturday and just walk until you complete it but you have to get it done within 30 hours. We are aimiong for 24hours but not really sure how much pain we will be in. Did 20 mile walk last weekend and that was tough so doing that twice again and through the night will be a real test. Just want to get something like this under my belt before i hit 40 and think I'm too old to do that sort of endurance. Just for the record, the Gurkhas hold the record at just under 10 hours but obviously they run the whole way. Its all in aid of Oxfam and the Gurkhas you can find it easy enough on Google under Trailwalker
