Im a huge fan of wallcrete, I'm not sure about the look against that brick though. Just subjective taste.

it was his ball bag he was using to form the hole's in the doughnuts not his weener. thats why a couple of them were hairy...........dont think it was ever confirmed what the hot filling was though

i screwed scrap wooden flooring to it ( saved a trip to the dump) then
6mm cement board onto it
