Has Anyone else noticed that spiders can't get enough of newly rendered walls even at this time of year as soon as you've finished the wall there will be a spider on it within minutes

Ye saying you’ve rendered a cat into a wall cos it was in ye sand and got shovelled into ye mixer?cant say ive noticed, the closest i get to any animal activity is cat s**t ,,sometimes so much if you listen carefully you can actually here my walls fart
they are there for the heat of the render as the set takes place we dont notice it but its thereHas Anyone else noticed that spiders can't get enough of newly rendered walls even at this time of year as soon as you've finished the wall there will be a spider on it within minutes
No it's too flatI think it’s because they consider your render easier to climb than a brick. Can you hang your coat on your flat? Render?
Heat?
Is that it?Yeah, that's an interesting possibility.
UV reflectivity might also play a part. Humans don't see how vividly flowers etc. reflect UV, which can attract insects & spiders. I'm sure a lot of paints and renders probably interact with UV much more than we realise.
