Totally agree mate, if I did mono everyday then 3phase for sure [emoji106]like i always say ,buy the machine that suits your needs ,we only do mono ,so our machine is right for us
The Hardwall one is pain full
I have sprayed mono with mine plenty of times and it's much faster than that if you whack it on 10 speed
There's only one speed flat out lolDoes it? Now you tell me.
At a guess well over 100 buckets and a mixture of base coat and mono and a little hardwall around 600 plus bagsMixing it and upstairs is 2
So at a guess how many bags have you mixed and tipped in compared to how many buckets of pre mixed topcoat so far since you had ur machine
all in your mind mate !lol ,well not from me i" liked " the plaster being sprayed !most could not give a s**t what you spend your money on ,its your money mate

A good days float and settting an a few pints Flynny. All I could think watching that is, robot, what a horrible job to get up to every day standing there holding that and the noise. I'm sure they could of thrown it on quicker there was a few of them and they were mixing the gear anyway.

It's still better than hand balling it surely?
Your still like a robot throwing it on the wall
I disagree mate.
Anymore air and it will atomise too much causing overspray.
More air and you'll put more air into the mix in the wall.
We have tested this thousands of times
It still needs to be ruled and perfectly flat. The machine doesn't do that for you.@bobby that is not better than throwing it on by hand surely? The noise and the slowness and having to mix the gear also? There is skill in putting on there is no skill at all stood there all day like a robot holding a hose colouring in a house.
Stuff that thenIt still needs to be ruled and perfectly flat. The machine doesn't do that for you.
I'm glad I don't have to work with you I don't think anything would ever be right lol@bobby that is not better than throwing it on by hand surely? The noise and the slowness and having to mix the gear also? There is skill in putting on there is no skill at all stood there all day like a robot holding a hose colouring in a house.

You are correct it does atomise it more which is a good thing. It's stops you getting air bubbles in it and it lays it on flatter.
The over spray is also not alot worse. Your gonna get fall off no matter so a fraction more is not a issue.
What is a issue is a shite quality finish due to the way the machine lays it on
Yes mate, not sure it will ever run out haha [emoji106]Are you still on the original rotar and stator Lee?
Really I've had 3.Yes mate, not sure it will ever run out haha [emoji106]
Mine must be going very soon but it keeps pumping, I'm not complainingReally I've had 3.
Plus it's mainly base coat and TC, don't really use much hardwall I can imagine that will kill oneReally I've had 3.
I've heard you can take the rotar out and put it back in the other end to get a little bit more out of it. Not sure though.Mine must be going very soon but it keeps pumping, I'm not complaining
When I had a G5 I use to pump mp75 it would spray many pallets but when I change to hardwall I use to go through rotor and stators very quickReally I've had 3.
Me too mate I was going to try that if it ever runs outI've heard you can take the rotar out and put it back in the other end to get a little bit more out of it. Not sure though.
dont listen to Al !!,what does he know !I've heard you can take the rotar out and put it back in the other end to get a little bit more out of it. Not sure though.
