Spraying with test pipe

Hi , I test material then Clip hose straight to the test pipe and pray away, iv noticed on a lot of videos well mostly all videos that people are spraying with the hose connected straight to the machine, is this better for the machine ? Or any other reason ? Thanks

Won't cause any difference mate. It's just another hose as such

I like to see the material coming through before I add the mortar hose, just for me own piece of mind really.Even dont connect the gun till its flowing out the other end, right or wrong, we try to avoid blockages any way we can.

Bit of gutter is good aswell. You can pull the gear clear of outlet tell u get the mix right.
