Stop beads on splay angles

Are we talking internal or external angles? Externals I just use normal skim beads, board one side put skim bead on chamfer the back off the board on the other side. Rarely use the skim stops no builders yard stores them correctly always kinked.

A splayed internal would not require a bead

Seen some folk on site use them to try and straighten their lines up. I just put it down to them being "skimmers" and not having a clue.

What do you use if the boardings already been done?

Knife through it and notch out the bead where the nogs are.

Re-skims and around access panels is only place I use them.
