Go up the bead not into it then
Got one must say very impressed
Fill it out properly first then dannyThat's what i mean, when you go up the bead. A hollow in the work, not the blade.
I'll give him a tenner for itI know they are the new thing on here and everyones raving about them. I'm just talking from my experiences following my mate who had one, it just didn't leave it flat enough when following with a normal mt.
Try it, maybe you use it differently? My mates finish with a normal trowel was immaculate, we put it down to the bendiness of the blade and didnt really persevere much with it.

why Borneo dan? Out of interestHaha he's emigrated to Borneo just before Xmas and put all his trowels into storage otherwise you could have had it for free.
I must have really pissed him off for him to go so far. :RpS_biggrin:
Lucky himHis bird is setting up a Drama department in an international school in Kuching. He's a househusband/layabout now.
had same thing with lad that works with me stopped him using the trowel as his end result was not as good as done with a mtI know they are the new thing on here and everyones raving about them. Are they both the same trowel?@Gibbo is the trowel from Ref*** ? or is it the one from Ryan at the 1 stop shop ?
Are they both the same trowel?
Hi Lucius,
They are different, we have them available with a Fiberglass bracket so they are very lightweight yet still have great strength.
We also have them coming out with a metal bracket for 16" and over
How can they leave it hollow if there flexible you've not dubbed the bead out or laid you're second coat on too earlyThat's what i mean, when you go up the bead. A hollow in the work, not the blade.
