In the day I eat fairly healthily... but from about 10pm I eat sweets and chocolate and biscuits and generally anything I can get my hands on.
A few years back I was eating a tin of quality street a night and did that every night for months...
I am not as bad now but still bosh 7 or 8 packets of biscuits a week.
Well I got recommended Chromium and it's a holland and barrett supplement and it is meant to curb your sweet craving... I take it at night and I dont bother with anything now.... been doing this for a few weeks and all seems well
