I used @tapit beadfix tape on good Friday on a kitchen where 2 walls were completely bonded out and skimmed after the whole skimcoat had came off after removing tiles and the other walls just re-skimmed, the reveals around the back door I used bostik grit and although the tape worked in holding the bead on I found over a gritty surface it did struggle to completely adhere to the grit surface, over the window wall which was a nice flat surface the tape came into its own and held the bead on well with no problems, after letting the pva dry,in my opinion I wouldn't use it on pb as staples are quicker and cheaper,I wouldn't really use them over a surface you have used grit on although it worked for me it was really a 50/50 in that scenario,I think its worth to have a roll on the van as I think it is useful on reskims where the walls are flat as this tape will work and it's better than trying to knock in clouts or masonry nails and taking a chunk out the angle so I will deffo use it on reskims whenever possible as it does work in that case
