Temporary downpipe

It’s good plastic but I’m not sure it would take hot water. Only made for rainwater Pete.
I’m gonna get a flexi waste pipe too for the shower waste,be good to have on van for future jobs too , had that brain wave after I posted , customer had a shower when applying all ran down wall, does help if they just go to work god dam it

Whats this thread about, i dont get it, is it a render thing?
Temporary downpipe sleeves are for attachment to the gutter joint so if it rains the water runs down them and not all down the wall most of time am lucky enough to not have to use them as only do small jobs but have to on job I’m at , if water runs down when materials on wall it washes it off

I used them back in Oct for first time...was windy so had to use small bits of plastic downpipe to tape it to scaffold just above ground(otherwise could restrict flow)

Do flap about in wind though ....

I usually spin the swan neck round and let it piss all over the scaff lol

In the end I found some on amazon, quite hard to find on a lot of plastering sites, maybe as they all sell so much stuff.

I tried finding some last year but drew a blank... ended up just letting it piss out on the illegally parked cars :D
