Terrix render discolouration question

Hi All

I’m a customer with a query about a silicone render coat that we had done a couple of years ago. I’m not here to name and shame, just interested in the options of professionals.

Terrix silicone render over a mixture of block, stone and brick. Recently there has been some patchy discolouration and I’m not sure what to make of it.

The two areas most affected are over sandstone if that’s of any relevance. Small patch next to the door is far more noticeable.

Wash it with bleachy water letting it have a 20 minute soak and thoroughly rinse off after

Looks like it’s been sprayed without putting any primer on first!
