Just looking at it looks posh 4 scum like us lol. Just have to find my way from East Midlands airport.

I ordered a double room first as going by myself so that will be cancelled room 8 double two nights £96 I've emailed to cancel as missus said to take apprentice so I don't get in trouble !!?? So booked a twin instead!!!
 
The team at @BritishGypsum are really pleased so many of you want to visit so in order to accommodate as many as possible they will splitting the visits over two days. This is because there’s only so much space down in the mine and to try and get everyone down in one day wouldn’t be possible. They’re looking at dates for the second day and will let us know as soon as possible – potentially, it could be the day before (the Thursday).

For those of you who have booked your hotels, I’ve noted this and you will be in the first group, and I’ll get in touch with anyone else who has RSVP’d so far in a first-come-first-served basis to let them know if they have a place on the Friday (and to double check they can still come). If anyone drops out, I will ask the next person on the list. Hopefully this won’t cause too many issues and I thought that would be the fairest way to do it!

I will be sending this out as an email to everybody as well :-)

Hi everyone, @BritishGypsum has looked into possible dates and because of the limited number of people able to go down the mine at one time we will have to limit the number of visitors to 15 per day. To ensure you’re all able to come at some point, they’ve been looking at dates for an extra tour (or more, if needed). Unfortunately, as mine audits are taking place the next available day in which a mine tour and technical academy session will be available together will be in May.

I’ve emailed the first 15 respondees to the March tour and if any of them can’t attend their places will be offered to the next respondees. I’ll also be contacting the next 15 who haven’t got a place on the March tour to offer them a place on the May tour (date TBC very soon). Finally, anyone else who has responded but wasn’t in the first thirty will be given priority at a future visit.
