To be fair it only started on 27th (after Xmas) and finished group stages on 7th.

24 matches and 120 frames of pool in 10/11 days isn't bad, can't understand people moaning, if you have to wait just get some practice games in, not going to do much harm.

over Xmas and new year some people have other priorities (like family and friends) and are not sat twiddling there thumbs waiting to play in a online pool competition, if people Internet goes down, people's PC play up that's just the way it is, suck it up and wait, the prizes aren't going anywhere.

You can use your smart phone as a wifi hotspot then connect pc/laptop via its wifi connection if you didn't already know that, just another option
