Thin coat silicone over painted sand and cement

Hi
Got some small sections of painted sand and cement render with hairline cracks. This is on my own house.. could I prime this and thin coat over the top ?

Can do, if you're sure them cracks aren't getting any worse


But I'd prep it first myself

May aswell prep base tight - mesh etc fwiw
