just wondered would the thincoat stick to tile backer board's an alternative to say the thicker thermalboard

parex offer a spec for timber frame which is exactly that ish

was thinking of fixing it to some treated battens on the front of my mum s little terraced . bricks have been painted but a bit flakey . thought it might be a easy way round it

richie make sure you use ventilation beads a bottom and dont use full height battens , leave breaks so it ventlates whole area behind boards.

cheers pal was thinking about the botton . at the top is it ok just to bridge top with a bit of facia board to make it look tidy under the guttering

can board straight up to soffat or stop bead and seal with silicone .
