It's sprayed on render not skimming !It's on to thick,clean your trowel,change the angle or ya on it to early.
Parex has a longer set than Weber by quite a way. I'm guessing you rubbed to early.
Lol I know,I was being sarcastic! Do you mean visible lines like claw marks?if so you scraped to early,as said parex is a slower set so maybe leave it a little longer before you scrape,it can be hard with our unpredictable weather at the minute to judge things like same day scrape or next day scrape?It's sprayed on render not skimming !

Yea I've seen it a fair few times in monorex. Especially bad for it if its sprayed not so wet.Yes it looks as if it's the spray pattern , what I carnt understand is straight after the spray it's ruled and the followed up with a spatular . The same application as weber
