I’ve used zombie mix to plaster over an artex ceiling today but the forgot to apply the skim coat and left for the day

Can I skim tomorrow if I PVA it before?

It’s possible to get away with it but that’ll definitely depend on the amount of bonding used and how good it was troweled up mate.
