Hi just wanted some tips on hanging times when rendering, i learnt to render whilst in aus, over there due to the heat, we used to wet walls down to slow down the curing process, two off us would push on for a while, and once render was workable i would drop back and start to finish, you would be working like dogs all day long to avoid it going off on you, hard work but you could earn your money, beers down the beach by 3pm, early starts tho to avoid the sun!!
never used beads either, we used to plumb up a straight edge at the required margin then float up to it,
with beading would it be best to fix at 20mm onto brick or block, or place bead on scratch coat,
finally we used hydrated lime in the mix, doesnt seem to common in england due to plasticers is this correct??
any advice tips, would be greatly appreciated
