To load or not to load

The site jobs we do in London are always loaded out for us by agency blokes paid by the main contractor the lads are mainly Ozzies and SA, even the Poles aint keen on doing it they get £50 a shift no matter how many boards so on a good day if not to many on each job they may get 4 shifts in one day obviously on a bad day they could be stuck on one job.
 
Thanks for all replies not ignoring you just been away from a computer since friday morning. four quid a m2 across board float skim,tack skim, dot skim,might just negotiated bit of cash for loading find out tomorrow.

there used to be a firm in london that did this for all the big boys john something or other the blokes made good money
 
well these blokes would get the crane driver to put whole pallets up on the loading bays and load out quick style
 
good idea but forks wont reach its a like a toy one .I think i,ve sent you a pm bod.well at least i think i did.
