Today 3 of us boarded ceiling cut and stuck and skimmed a 103m kitchen n were all polished up 4 12

I been boarding a loft the last few days and got to start skimming it tomorrow....so many nooks and crannies....dreading it...i'l be lucky if I can do a bag
 
This threads brilliant, got me thinking (before gibbo started) we should organise some how a plaster off.. Even just for a sceptical to watch .. Handballer skim off ,Flynnyman v machine it would be great to partake of spectate... I'm gonna try sort something

This is good! Both participants could wear costumes like the Mexican wrestlers!
Obviously there would be a filming opportunity, maybe something for tv, at worst some kind of weird fetish porn..... I think it's got legs mate....you should talk to your people at big...lol

Check this.. Lets think about it, nec does tool shows ,grand designs,construction week,etc.. What a about one off day per year pure plaster world show.. I reckon it would go down well,big thing to organize but could have all plaster makers of materials,all makes of tools,machine,clothing,vans, and demos going on at same time,even plastering battle offs to view or partake in ... I gonna talk to peep's.

Pretty sure I heard this idea floated about before, sounds like your getting confident on your machine and you fancy a challenge? You know the rules we have have person s**t out already :)

You said a year .. Confidence only at 62% at moment, seriously though would people want to go or wouldn't give a monkeys if there was a yearly plaster world show ? Like's of kitchy and his site crew possi I'm getting the vibe wouldn't seem bothered but the intellectuals amongst us I think would?
Every time I been to tool shows always have to skip half of what's there as have no interest in the builder side of things but always get good deals on plaster tools and drills etc.

They would be there, dribbling over the newest SF and and not so SF trowels and spats buckets, drills etc and would probably spend a pretty sum too
