I've posted my opinion on here before about the Travis Perkins/Jewsons business, not suprised at all that its hitting hard times. Apparently the boss gave a big donation to Boris before the election - so he did a quick visit to the Reading office. I happened to be outside by chance, the bottom licking was in full swing, wasn't allowed in as a customer, had to wait by the butty van until afterwards.

Jewsons own British Gypsum and couldn't get a delivery confirmed for me. Travis Perkins the same! Wickes though have been receiving pallets?? They have also bought all cuprinol products from Johnstones Paint stores(100% information). Wickes has been open throughout the lockdown reaping huge profits yet today its parent company announce redundancies? Something is going on!!!

My Travis branch has had over 12 pallets since re opening.... Still very hard to get some thought....
