Trouble with rotor blocking.

Hi guys,
I’m new to the forum. Just wondering if anyone runs the Putzmeister sp11?? I just purchased one and when it’s running it’s unreal but it keens cutting out due to to much load in the rotor stator sl6 . The lines are flowing fine and not getting above 8 bar. I have the machine st to 15 bar.
Just wondering if a more free flowing rotor stator might be a better option??

Are you tipping the gear into the bottom to stiff? The worm struggles to send it sometimes. Have you tried tightening or loosening the clamp?
