The nurses doctors public servants all get final salary pensions where they only contribute upto 3 %.
So dont feel sorry for them earning the same as us.Becuse for a similar pension (be it personal)for a 25 year old man youd have to pay in the region of £200 a month to retire at 65 on £15,000 if ur lucky !!!!!
They get paid holiday and paid sick leave......... and they f u c k i n g use it too.
£30,000 is the minimum or dont get out of bed lads...but you wont be buying a good pension on that kind of dosh.
Its only the cash work that makes plastering PAY any good if you catch my drift.................
It helps buy the shopping B/d presents and the odd holiday and meal with the missus.
