havent used one for donkeys ages....I want to import some to canada.....what in your experience, is the best quality machine to buy today?

I can buy one here...but it looks a little cheap.

I seem to remeber using a harness with the machine we used...yet I dont see any harnesses for tyrolean machines out there......does anyone use a harness..if so which one?

much thanks for any input

the harness tyrol gun i have not seen one since the early 1960s. there was only one man local who was strong enough to use the thing, as apprentices we would fit the harness on him then load it up with a full bucket of cullamix and watch him stagger about with it. the the next one was the green metal spray gun, then the plastic green tyrol gun is a nice tool but expensive. have a look on ebay usually a few about.

The blue faithful gun that is a similar design to the green tyrol is good and a fraction of the price.

I dug mine out the shed last summer after 10 years after completing the job threw it back into the shed and don't won't to see it for another 10 years.

I,ve still got my green tyrol gun, have,nt used it in awhile but its still in marvelous condition-
as an apprentice I worked with a gang rendering and Tyrolean council estates and pit houses in the early eighties' I could not get used to the harness :) enjoyed all the hard work:musculoso::lol:
