Unifinish

The whisper is you got him kicked off the scheme
You really do need to think about what you post , fair enough we have banter but this thread from start to finish doesn’t help anyone if the op was for real, it’s alright having a laugh but if as I suspect it’s all bullshit then all that happens is no one gets any wiser about the product, if it was for real it would be good to discuss what happened and everyone understand the product better, on every thread about it actually using it or sharing experience of using it never gets anywhere because of your stupid comments and pathetic insults

John was on a trial group which I wish he had stayed on tbh as I said the older guys experience of use will be invaluable not just for spreads on the scheme but those not on it too who might be using unifinish or want to have a go, in that group I tried to use my materials on the worst case scenarios I could find to help with finding out it’s limitions and share.

Why would I trust someone I do not know from Adam ?
That exactly shows your character,,if everyone had that attitude ,,,I think you generally cannot get on with people.you doubt, attack,if you don't agree with you become aggressive,,most of your posts have the same tone.

I have tried it on stuff utterly not recommended,,,try scrape it off wood compared to multi for example.I think its strong.

And let me tell you, I’m probably the most laid back guy on here.

Your original claims of him not being real and a valued member vouching for him, a copy of an email regarding it sent to Danny and Danny also saying he has seen an email from BG doesn't help anyone. Your claims that I hide behind fake profiles also doesn't help and your still calling it bullshit so how does that help? What stupid comments did I make and what pathetic insults coz upto now you have insulted a few people on this thread.

Had a horrible gauging today. skimmed ceiling with multi onto board , like a dream, 2 1/2 bags slopes and curves, lovely. Then we hit the PVA,d walls, PVA fully dry as I like it. Greasy , bubbling, stretch marks , looked pretty horrific after 2 trowels. But experience told me to leave and then after maybe an extra 2 trowels it came up as usual, bang on. So for me the paint on original walls had something going on, although it looked nothing to be worried about. I can only imagine how much s**t we would have been in with UNIfinish. Unifinish is a risky business and I've never used it. I can't afford any job ever to come off and go bad. How much would it cost you if ceiling came down after decorator has been and carpet down , furtinure in etc..? Did BG ever fully compensate these things when spreads had problems with the first release of UNI?

I don't think the guarantee was out then , for compensation, you'd need to have issued a guarantee, yes ,it would be a sickener having what you describe happen , it's user beware ,I'd use it on the right job , I'm using up some uni on boardwork this week as it's getting near the expiration date

Been using multi this week on new board work with decent areas to cover, its going on lovely and finishing a treat with very little water just cross trowelled.

it does exist... I have seen it with my own eyes
I feel for jigsaw ,he has a movie coming out soon too, I saw it on the bus today , odd that GPS believes that £350m is going to the NHS and he's been taken over by muslamic peeeples

Can @Vincey see it ? That would put it to bed
Good idea , tbh I still don’t believe it but would happily admit I’m wrong , that’s basically why I asked him to post it about 7 pages back, not to accuse or insult etc just to see what it said
