Watch film above and change your diet as said by others and educate yourself.I've found out I've got rheumatism does anyone have any experience other than the normal aches and pains in struggling to move at the mo
@vfr12 thanks for the info. Going to give that a go. I to eat quourn and quinoa and is surprisingly flavoursome used in the right way and like most things you adapt. I've tried cold turkeying sugar and really struggle with it. More than alcohol surprisingly. Got all the juicing kit. Just need too actually use it now.
Funny you should say that. I've been trying to replace sugar with nuts. Just need to control the amount I eat. Sometimes buy a largish bag and Chuck half away due to fat content. Sometimes I scoff the whole bag though, like just now on the way home, Tesco coated chilli, 64g fat in one bag. I will try the juice thing and see what happens, thanks.You won't be sorry, I guarantee ! Don't change anything at the beginning , just make sure the juice is the first thing in the morning and nothing else in the next 1.5-2h.Thats crucial !!! You will reduce and the use of salt too , because the food will taste more stronger and let's say in 6 months , you will be able to extract more energy from far less food. If you don't consume nuts at the moment, start having some. Almonds after meal instead of sweets is great, more real proteins than fake ones from the sugar. Every time you want some sweets have almonds instead. This is what I have discovered . Works brilliant !!
Forget anything flavour coated added sugar sweeteners etc all are toxic to a healthy body .Funny you should say that. I've been trying to replace sugar with nuts. The world you live in is unwell !!
Insane infact.
We don't collect our rain water we send it off down the drain and buy it back.
We don't harness the energy of the sun or wind or thermal. We buy it.
We don't grow our food we buy pesticide and steroid fed crap.
There is a control behind the scenes that ensures no well /healthy educated people live peacefully.
I.e. Sick people = drug sales
Oil/elec /gas = sales
War=sales
Media machine= brainwashing.
When you understand all of the above are controlled /run by the same peeps.
You then understand they have no interest in you but financial.
Like jacko's earth songThat started off like real poetry, thought you'd written a rap!
fully agree with your comments marshy,....depression is a very serious illness i would not wish on anybody,........i have just started taking fluoxetine, been on them for 2 weeks now but doctor tells me i will not notice any change until at least week 4,......but like yourself i feel i have nothing to hide or be ashamed of either ,in fact personally i find it helps me talking about it,Im getting help mate and appreciate your advice im not PM ing people as i feel i have nothing to hide or be ashamed of?

Arhh I getting mad all ready
I take a similar drug and have done for many years. It does take time to take effect and you have to be patient. In some people (like me) it can make you feel very much worse before you feel better, so don't panic if that's your experience too. It will pass and then one day you'll go, blimey i don't feel so bad today and then it'll get a bit better each day. These drugs have quite literally saved my life.fully agree with your comments marshy,....depression is a very serious illness i would not wish on anybody,........i have just started taking fluoxetine, been on them for 2 weeks now but doctor tells me i will not notice any change until at least week 4,......but like yourself i feel i have nothing to hide or be ashamed of either ,in fact personally i find it helps me talking about it,
