Thanks for replying…. The centre black bit is like powder when you scrape it, I just wasn’t sure whether to repair it or leave for a period of time. . I’ll get onto it and no more appear. Thanks again

Could be, now got this one on my roofHad this happen in my last house. It turned out it was some sort of nest that had laid dormant for many years. Then popped out . And infested the whole house with tiny poisonous spiders. . But shite happens. X
