Fair enough but if they were laid flat they could not warp like that.
There come on a double pallet.there are warped on the pallet I'll get a picture on nxt pallet that comes,we complained to sig and he said there don't stack them high anymore.so if quite a few others are saying same there must be churned out like that

TBF, they're manufactured on a continuous sheet process, so I don't really see how the manufacturing could be at fault, but somewhere in between production and point of sale, something must be going awry.

It's not BG

Thing is people say it's storage etc but I've never had a problem with sinat boards or g tech knauf etc.

Makes me wonder if BG might be stacking their boards when a bit more moist than other manufacturers.

Not saying that's true, just wondering if it might be one possibility.

"Storeplan has had a lot of experience designing and supplying storage systems to suit irregular, long or odd-shaped products such as plasterboard, gyprock, timber flooring etc.

Cantilever racking is the most versatile and efficient method of storing long or irregular products. Plasterboard sheets need to be supported at intervals not exceeding 600mm when being stored, to ensure product is kept flat. Damage to the sheets, particularly the edges, can be avoided with careful handling and storage techniques.

Standard or selective pallet racking can often be a cost effective method for storing smaller volumes of plasterboard sheets and packs."

If you are having issues with boards drop me a dm with your mobile number and I will pass on your details and I will pass them on to the bloke that deals with them.
