Do u mean the pink one 2016?
I didn't know there was a gold ,had a look on @Speedskim website.

Hi all, yeah the 2016 New Generation Speedskim is available now.

•Blade gaskets to both ST and SF.
•Double button end caps, with shock absorbing over-mould
•Blade guards with all new units and all spare blades
•Improved double punched buffed ends to aluminium handles
•Gold handle Limited Edition range hopefully available before Christmas, but no later than January 4th for sure.

Current unit price including the New Generation extras is maintained at 2014 rate. Prices are going up in 2016, so good time to get in...

:-)

Photography for New Generation products, including Gold has just been completed and will be added to our website in the coming days ;)

I forgot who said they did but haven't myself j..
Probably best if @Britishgypum answer that one.
I think they have been putting it in normal multi......have had a few bags off multi over the last few months that are like using bonding its sticky and gloopy, best way I can describe it and takes for ever to fecking go off. I thought it might just have been bad batch, but happened again yesterday, so are BG mixing it with multi because they can't sell the stuff !

Did you use pva on the artex before you skimmed it..?I did a few with pva when testing it and found it hung for about the same time.

I wouldn't say it's he time of year mate, had a batch like this a few months ago. As for unifinish this be Devon country we are still got square wheels down here lol. And mixing in the bath tub with a rake, still remember the day they took my Barton stick of me and stuck a bike cog on it and was told they where spoiling me, "now mix up boy" blah blah blah.....

No problem with multi onto unifinish and board finish too sometimes.
Stretches the unifinish which is only needed for initial stick to wall or ceiling.
