Wallpaper removed - PVA still required?

Hello All

As it says really - wallpaper is now off and what is left is quite sticky/tacky when it gets wet. Most of it is sealed with paint so I would guess it wouldn't suck that much.

Question is are both coats of PVA still needed? Maybe just the first one to seal it all in 100%. What would you do - could I get away with just skimming over ?

Getting the wallpaper paste and residue off with sugar soap first then f**k the walls up with your skimming actually dont bother with anymore prep just pva and rough the f**k*r up
