hi all

We recently bought a house and noticed some issues with the render.
1) some render bits have been missed where the wall meet the roof
2) some hairlines cracked have appeared (must have been there for a while but only recently noticed)

We are wondering what we should do
1) remove the render then replace it by a silicone render
2) get the hairlines crack filled then paint the entire wall with either masonry or silicone paint

anyone would be able to help?
