Got a bungalow too mono it has 3 bullseye windows don't think there is a bead for these can someone go through procedure for doing them thanks
Cheers mate do you mean line the reveal with bendy ply say 12mm off the wall?Get a piece of ply and cut a circle out to the required size with a router. Do the reveal first and the front when reveals are hard. I pack the ply 10 to 12mm off the wall.
Ah right then pack it of the wall then won't the ply be in the way when I'm putting top coat on sorry bout this just trying to get my head round it never done one before assuming the rendaid is on first which I'm going to free handNo, piece of ply with a round hole in it fixed to the front.
Cheers pal so basically do all the reveals first in mono then take the ply offYou take the ply off and work to the reveal when it's hard a day or 2 later. Rendaid on before the ply.
Thanks pal
Just a quickie when there on the wall will the 10mm gap need to be filled in first or just let the gear run through thanksYou take the ply off and work to the reveal when it's hard a day or 2 later. Rendaid on before the ply.
OK pal thanks for input just don't want ta look a dick in front of customer hahaJust fill it in, then just cut it back to give a nice edge to work to. I pack out 10mm to give a bit of tolerance, I might scrape it back to 5mm if the reveal needs it to get the margin right.
