Prison space can be freed up by getting rid of foreign nationals, schools are well funded as are the police, how they spend it is of more of a concern.

Due to the likes of you stop and searches were stopped unless a crime was about to be committed, in London under Boris when stop and searches were carried out, guess what murder rates dropped to record low levels.
