Dont bother doin the course just ask about and offer to work for £80 a day, say that you've done bits and you will get a start, do a couple of weeks and you'll learn the system then fook them off and go on your own.

Well theres certainly loads of work about we have been messed about big style by 2 contractors though, bad management, lack of materials, wrong purchace orders, problems with enabling and bad payers, we are still chasing money for jobs finished 3 months ago.

We have moved away from the bad payers and now have sites in blackpool and stockton with 100's of houses to get at and a towerblock in liverpool starting in the new year

We have 54 lads now and are looking to ramp up in the new year

Getting loads of commercial enquiries now for decent rates

Mind you i built about another 18 websites to capture work
