i bin lookin at the new jcb phone, not the bulky yellow 1 jst released but theres a new improved touch screen smartphone version. which is scratch n dustproof n prtty much indestructable. it aint cheap bt i think it wouold be a damn good investment
 
I found a lump in a bucket as i was mixing. I thought balls, he a pain anyway so smashed it about a bit as i mixed. Tipped it onto spot and eventually he found the lump. Turned out to be my fone that had fell into three bucket from my pocket. I lobbed out into a water butt and left it a few hours them pulled it out and it worked perfectly.
It was a land rover fone by sonim.
Pretty crap off you want to do more than ring someone but pretty Indestructable.
 
iPhone 4s griffin case done me proud so far. 7 months in mint condition. I used to get through 3 phones a year but some involved losing whilst pissed up!
 
Just got the newer Samsung builders phone,same as the red un but in silver n black.updated tech on it now,recommend it again.:RpS_thumbsup:

I carried an old nokia in my bum for 10 years, pulled it out the other day and it was still half charged, believe it or not.

Also my high score on snake 2 was still registered, bonus!

Any phone, I just whack mine in an air tight sandwich bag...no dust or bot all and the touch screen still works a treat! Dragons den **** that

wnak idea that old boy. just keep it in ya pocket and itll be kept nice and clean
 
I've got an iPhone 4S and use an Otterbox Deffender case, I get a little bit of dust under the screen protector but its pretty safe when in its cases up. I had a 3GS before that in a Deffender and that one was better sealed than this one.

The best cases to go for afaik are the Lifecase ones from the US, the are watertight and you can use your phone underwater! Bit expensive though...

Used to carry my old Nokia in a plastic bag inside a case but condensation ruined it.

Also have our phones insured, we could drop them in a bucket of water then run over them and they'd be replaced straight away.

Haha, yeah.. Think before you type lol. In the adverts etc. for them it shows someone taking pics underwater.. Suppose if it gets dropped into a bucket of skim etc. you can just rinse it under a tap or dunk it in a water tub.
 
just got the s3...... pukka phone it even made me a bacon sandwich today wen i woke up, fella in carphone wareshouse said it pisses all over the i5 and apparently there was some review of the 2 phones and out of ten catagories the i5 only won 2

Getting an upgrade myself Jase had a Galaxy I900 for two years kept it in a leather wallet look as good as new, just getting the S3 as well, its not what phone you get its how you treat it, look after it like yer best trowel and it will look after you :RpS_thumbup:
 
i made sure when i got it i got the best case for it aswell samsung is the way forward in the last 8 years ive always had samsung i tried a blackberry which went though the washing machine "accidentaly" collected the new phone sold it and got a samsung, then tried a htc, biggest pile of shite ive ever had think my little girl threw it in the bin and knowbody realisd so i bought the s2 and now have the s3
 
iPhone 5 in an Otterbox case in a soft sunglasses bag. I just leave it ring if my hands are dirty.
