Both are pre worn, so which is best???

We have just ordered some in Carlos and I asked the same question. Apparently it is just the 'gold' coating and that's it really. It's more for a selling point I think

I just bought a new gold one, and can't really see the difference to the normal ones I have had before.

Same here and the coating goes after a week but don't beat yourself up you're going to have it years

The gold trowels are heat treated so that they retain there shape, the golden colour comes from the type of heat treatment itself.
