these plots are tiny.....30m ceilings about 40m odd the only decent room and a pathetic excuse for a kitchen.
the staircase is that small it doent need a scaffold.
2 us where skimming these in a day.
my brother got fed up loading the van every other day so he got put on another site.

the 2 brothers boarding ahead of me are getting £900 a plot (extra 100 for planking party walls).
there taking 3 days 2 plots.
it would take me a week to board one!!!!
