Where do you take lunch?

I have breakfast at 5 when I get up porridge n 2 poached eggs. Coffee n fruit juice. If I'm rendering a sandwich once sprayed. But nothing when skimming three sets overlapping then fck off about 2

I mean more like when we get in the van at dinner time and go oh s**t i left it in the kitchen then had to find a shop for a sarnie lol
 
I like to have something to eat about 10am then lunch about 12:30-1 but depends on what I've got on, you just have to work ya breaks as and when, as an old plasterer told me when I was younger, "plaster waits for no man "
