My advice here would be if your not sure what type of silicone render system or how much you need etc then ask someone with experience of the different silicone render systems to help you or do the whole job sub let

If you don't know what he means then I would hazard a guess that you don't know what your doing, please use some one that does

There is silicone based monocouche render and silicone bucket coat (1-3mm).

Are you wanting a thin coat render or a 15mm thick solid render?
