Why do I keep getting scuffs and chips in my Vanition plaster Finnish

Can anyone tell me we’re I’m going wrong I keep getting scuffs and chips in my finished Vanition plaster, this is my first time.

Hi Jacqui,

Best to get some training in venetian plastering as it's not as easy as everyone thinks.

Firstly wall suface needs to be flat and primer lightly sanded.what have you used?Luciano by any chance?

Hard to see from pic but there are definitely raised edges.

Agree with Plas1 it's not something you can just copy from a video and do it. Like the colour though
