It's probably nearer to £40m2 Once you add up the cost of the magnetic plaster, the labour for applying the plaster, the cost of the paint to cover it (probably 3 coats as its a dark coloured plaster) the labour to apply the paint etc.

You have to pay someone to do it and you also need to paint fresh plaster, it covers just the same as normal plaster.
