I don't think that base layer would be a good idea mate. I've worn them in the past on a chilly morning but once I get going I always end up stripping down to a t -shirt. You would be sweating your b*ll***s off with that on. But then it's different strokes for different folks. I saw this video the other day. The bloke on it runs through a few winter jackets. Quite helpful

Moroccans have layers on in summer think just keeps you set temp somehow.

No problem. I think you read the "plasterer mate"? He's not my mate. I think I would end up taping a carrier bag over his head with gaffer tape. But I think he has good intentions and helps people so live and let live?
